Responses to recent posts. IBM won't cut it in the Asian/Pacific IP network. IDTC has 80,000 accounts of mostly US military personnel in Europe. As elaborated before by others, DGIV is forming alliances with countries who are wary of US corporate giants typified by IBM. E-Trade is letting me buy DGIV on margin. They should. They owe me.
