doubts that the trade will go through? Is it a stock deal or cash deal? I suspect it is all stock deal and QNTM's stock could go down and therefore this affects the deal...

I just emailed Kevin Daly, the CEO, a message expressing my displeasure with the deal as I understand it. I will not be voting for this deal unless their is something more that I don't see now.

The price is not sufficient for a company growing at over 50 per cent and I end up with QNTM stock. Not a company I would have bought on my own. EMC stock would have been better or even CPQ.

Hoping it is better than it sounds.
