There's a lot more to this. Such as rolling up and out. Selling puts rather than calls. Buying puts and
calls (a gambler's game - may as well to Las Vegas). Straddles, Strangles, (combinations of various
option positions). I recommend McMillan on options. Available at Border's Books. If you have
questions feel free to ask. I'll do my best to answer them.

I second this. McMillan's Options as a Strategic Investment is an extremely useful resource if you're going to play the options game. Its technical, but very readable for those of us who are new to playing options. (Its available from Amazon.com for 30% off....wish I had bought Amazon.com stock awhile ago instead!) I've been selling covered calls for a little while, but decided I needed the book after hpeace recommended that I do a "bull put spread" and I thought, "What the hell is that?!" :-) Good luck.
