QUALCOMM should move to make QPE fully independent of Sony corporation.QUALCOMM needs to operate independently of Sony and not in the shadow of this electronics giant.QUALCOMM is well positoned to become a full fledged manufacturing giant of its own.If QUALCOMM is to become a well known trade brand it can not operate partnered to Sony forever.Joint ventures are made and designed to desolve after the respective parties reach there stated goals. QUALCOMM needs respect in the field and in the industry it operates.Shedding Sony will only serve to enhance there standing now that the horses are out of the gate.
