Hi, YOYO! Lee started the FASC thread, and I'll defer to him as the Company expert. I'm persona non grata because I've been the Company gadfly for quite some time while I've been watching and waiting for them to put an end to the Chinese fire drill. The machine works just fine, from where I sit, and does what it is supposed to do. Now they need to make that deal with that other company I mentioned to you, and help both companies further along the road to success. The financing, re-financing, call it what you want, was and is being done to clean up the balance sheet. $^)
