Cheryl. It's great to see you back with a post. I understand both your points: Too many posts to keep up with and why be involved in meaningless battles.

BUT...You have been a stalwart of this board since you started it. You instill confidence in people with your calm, fact and logic based approach. When you don't post you send an indirect signal which is unfortunately negative. "Why isn't Cheryl posting?" "It must really be bad when Cheryl isn't posting?"

Rightly or wrongly you have taken on a mantle of responsibility and when you are not there, you are missed.

If you agree that a section of time for the Thursday CC should be addressing stockholder concerns, what do you think of the following:

1. That section of the CC be handled by Arif Adam (he is responsible for FAMH value, Ira is also but to a lesser extent. Ira is responsible for operations).

2. That a regular poster to this board who is familiar with the company and accepted by FAMH's senior management, be unofficially appointed as The Champion of our "Top 6" or "Top 3" concerns. These would then be forwarded to Arif no later than Wednesday noon (EDT), so that he has some time to think about his responses. (I understand with the growth of this company, time to think is a rare commodity. In the haste to respond, mistakes get made because you do not have the time to check to see if the details are correct. You feel it is better to get something out that is close to correct as opposed to taking the extra time to make sure it is 100% correct. Not so, better to take the time. I know, I've been there!!! That's why I have suggested making the CFO responsible for these activities. Financial folks love the detail and will make sure it's 100% correct)

If you buy into this, would you be willing to be The Champion? If not, who would you suggest?
