That's it??? MEATHEAD Is my calculation too simple or my price ($23) too low? As I said raising the long-run growth rate to 10% (forever and ever) and adjusting the other growth rates in line gives $36. However, unlike Lucretius I don't expect this price anytime soon. This would need a major crash and the bursting of the asset price bubble. Under those conditions we might realize that DELLs true beta is much lower and therefore upgrade the price so a price this low will never be seen. David
