What does that have to do with the price of beans? That and your other comment about Social Security.

This is not about making a list of what the government does well or poorly. This is about the government exercising its executive function. This is about the rules of the game and what happens when you cheat.

If I may make a loose comparison: its kind of like insider trading in the financial markets. Basically MS is using its monopoly position to compete unfairly. In financial markets the SEC blows the whistle, in industry its the DOJ.

They marked the deck, loaded the dice, there are a lot of ways to put it. Face it, they screwed up and now they have to face the consequences.
