10K: I see a lot of boilerplate about stuff we already knew. I'd hardly call that negative news.

Nor is a planned poison pill enough to draw $$ into the stock.

The company is prospectively talking to a buyer, considering a stock buyback, etc. When and if more information comes out on those matters, it will be easier to get an idea of value.
