Yep, they would have to amend the articles to provide for voting rights. So we know voting rights was included in the contract. But I am sure one does not have to amend the articles every time a new contract is executed because there are many things that can be negotiated within the existing articles. What else is in the contract that does not require an amendment such as the details of becoming a holder of the convertibles in the first place and the details of being able to convert them.

Without getting a copy of the contract, we are really just guessing as to what it says.
