Steven,

Rule #1 Don't fall in love with your stocks.

Take a step back and look at the 2 companies. Who tells a better story, who has a more compelling argument to be the giant of this sector, who has the marketing and sales machine to become the leader.

As far as the accounting irregularities, you guys INVENTED them. There are no irregularities. I heard Vantive is being sold to Moss Micro. That statement is just as irresponsible as the statements you make about Siebel.

As far as Cisco or Lucent is concerned, how do you know they didn't just sign deals for major upgrades and the site is being upgraded, YOU DON'T.

People, lets stick to fact not fiction. Let us speak about what we know not what we think we know.

Regards John

Steve,>> BTW, if you think that the implementation of SEBL is a "secret" to someone's competitor, well, I think you're being naive.

I have to totally disagree with this statement. I had numerous customers who didn't even want their competitors to know what General Ledger, HR, MRP etc. system they were using and contractually restricted us from ever mentioning their names. I could never figure that out but trust me it does happen. Since SFA truly can give a customer a competitive edge, I would think it could happen here even more frequently. It's all in their perception. So I don't think that John is being naive.
