Marc,

This leads us to the inevitable question. Is there any way to confirm that the deals is "essentially done" that would be independent of ICVI? macker seem to have some sort of source but that is not quite enough, is it? (sorry, macker, no offense intended).

Marc, the last time I talked to Joe Gort, he said news would be out Thursday April 23rd. Guess what, we had news April 23rd! Joe Is the PR man not the company. Management is the one telling lies not Joe. As for management, doesn't this merger replace them also?
