A correction regarding the placing of a basket. They don't have to buy on open market to benefit. Letting prices fall will allow for different methods of financing to take place. It may seem that, in effect a basket has been placed, but at least at 18 cents and not at the minimum allowed. But this makes little difference in most investors' eyes.

This is a difficult stock to analyze. I am willing to give them a chance, having come this far. It appears that insiders may benefit significantly from any appreciation in share value as we should by riding on their coattails.

Leonas, here is another way for insiders to increase positions in a company. Was this proxy decision passed at the March 12th AGM?

3. Authorizing the issuance of 468,750 post-consolidated additional principals' shares at a price of $0.01 per share, or at such price as may be approved by the regulatory authorities having jurisdiction, and any change of control resulting therefrom.
