Scott Ozer, You are absolutely right! With the the stock price action that I am seeing, it does indeed looks like that short are panicking to cover. Enough of this joking around. Can you or any one else address these question that I have regarding the CSFB investment: 1. Is this investment coming directly from CSFB or some entity related but removed from them. The same question about who actually did the DD. I guess the reason for asking this question is that if it is CSFB directly, it will lend more prestige to the deal vs if it is a removed entity. In that case it may appear that the name of CSFB is being used to enhance the image. 2. In the news release, Gorman was quoted as saying: ''This funding will be used in the roll out of our new products". However, the 8K filed by Osicom says that the funds will be used for general corporate purposes. Is this a discrepancy, and is this an important distinction. Also, what precisely does this statement that, ''This funding will be used in the roll out of our new products" means? 3. Was the reaction to this news about the investment by CSFB by the market on Friday in line with your expectations? 4. How long does it take usually or typically to complete the registration filing, and for it to become effective? Assuming an honest and good faith effort, I would like to know what type of time frame are we looking at. Is there a penalty if the registration does not become effective by a certain date. 5. It is my understanding that the filing for registration will contain the maximum possible number of shares that may be issued upon conversion. Will that number be based on 19.99% or 4.99%.
