Marc, you do one of two things when a stock goes down. You average down or you cut your losses. I averaged down from .10 to .05. The merger is for real and it will happen. What kind of impact will it have on current price. It will all depend on the quantity and quality of the press release. One thing that makes this great news; they are getting rid of old management!!!!! Hip, Hip, Hooray. I assure you, if new management has anything to do with it, you will see some solid info and news that will push the price even higher. JMO
