Vlad, I read the script data from the Motley Fool message boards on Almost-on -line....THat is AOL for those of you who are short VIvus at these levels.

50,000 share block buy a little while ago...maybe there will be something positive at the shareholders meeting. I am sure they saved some good news for it. Would you want to go into the room without any??

John

very bullish I think..someone is paying big premium for the right to buy the stock in one month at ten..If their order for 2500 contracts gets filled by the floor(about 1500 have been bought already) of the exchange they will own calls on 250,000 shares which market makers hedge by buying stock..As the stock goes up these sellers of the options will have to buy more and more stock to hedge themselves...

Calls are Bullish,

The market maker selling these calls will probably buy more stock(especially under 9). The stock already committed to the call options will certainly not be sold by the MM (unless he wants to risk buying shares at a higher price before June expiration). The call buying should tie up more stock and thus the shares are more likely to become more expensive--especially if a short squeeze is triggered in the future.
