TO ALL:

Its a done deal at $29 which you get to collect in Sept. via QNTM stock. Thus, there is no upside to the stock (atlpa). It's dead money. Why would anybody buy now with a cap of 29. Assuming the market doesn't crash between now and Sept., ATLPA would have been above $29 just on fundamentals. We share holders have been had.
