This stock may start trading sometime in the future...... like 2010 by the sounds of it. Off shore accounts... without doing a lot of digging I would say the people behind the offshore accounts actually hold no stock. Sounds to me like crooks are involved,, just my opinion though. Probably everyone named in the civil suit are a little dirty.... like cow dung up to their chins. Someone should aggressively ruin these people, should be a stockholder left holding worthless paper.
