Sam,

You make a lot of good points. Can we really give them credit for getting the website running by monday when we are ultimately told that data is stale and that kinks need to be worked out. As far as I'm concerned, the website is up and running the day that a news bulletin is released announcing said website. So FIG/AirStar is 0 for 1 this week. As far as getting the financial reports published by wednesday, we'll see. I HOPE THAT JOE V., JOE L. AND THE DIRECTORS UNDERSTAND THAT IT WOULD BE, IF NOTHING ELSE, EXTREMELY RUDE TO KEEP US AT OUR COMPUTERS TOMORROW CHECKING FOR THE K AND Q IF THEY HAVE NO INTENTION OF RELEASING THEM TOMORROW. I EXPECT TO SEE THE REPORTS TOMORROW SOMETIME OR A MESSAGE TODAY STATING DON'T BOTHER LOOKING FOR THEM. IF I GET NEITHER, I'M WITH YOU RE SHAREHOLDER ACTION. TJS

Sam the Huckster,

Your really a schmuck! If I remember correctly, when I worked at
FIG you were a broker for Smith Barney. Well, you must be a wimp
and a low producer for posting on this thread. Because if you
were a heavy hitter, you wouldn't have time to read the thread
and two, you wouldn't give a sh..! what Airstar was doing! You
would be busy counting all the money your making!! So bottom
line Sam baby, your a nothing!

The shareholder's want Airstar to work. Yes, Airstar is having a tough
time getting things turned out like clock work. I think they already
are aware of that. But, hey give them a chance to breathe a little.
They got there web-site up and running. Whether it is on FIG's site
big deal! The web-site is up. I'm sure they will fix the "errors"
and update it. But, hell it is up! If the K is filed this week then
I think that's super. If its not, then I would say there is a problem.
But until we see it is not filed this week, then the problem
isn't looking at the shareholders door step! Its in Airstar's
court right now. Today is Tuesday, and I would think it will be
completed by tomorrow. Your line that "your going to show them
they messed with the wrong group of lambs is a bag of horse sh..!)...........................
I don't think the company has done anything wrong. They might be
late in their filings and the stock price isn't to attractive right
now is true, but as far as breaking the law... baby you
better look at yourself really hard before you start throwing your
wimpy weight around. God forbid any of your clients have a beef with
you and file a complaint because you "churned" there account!
When I worked at FIG, I can say that everything that this company
does is examined by legal counsel and done professionally. Things
might now happen as quickly as they should but everything is done
in a professional procedure. Even though Joe V. is not as quick
in getting things produced in a expeditious manner, he is thorough
in everything he does. And for the shareholders sake, that is
how it should be. Who would want a guy to throw the filings together
with errors and false figures just so it is filed on time and meets
the requirements of "geeks" like you Sam! As far as the price being
down, its a bummer! But then again, when you have a guy like Proctor
coming out of his stock, shareholders should be glad its down. He
isn't going to make a score and I would let the price stay where its
at until he is out of his position. Why would anyone want to give
him a wagon full of profits, let the price sit at this level.
When he is out then the price will climb back up. Its just common
sense that anyone should be able to figure out. Especially you Sam,
since your a broker, this should be simple 2 plus 2 for you since
your in this industry. If your any kind of producer this is simple
math and you would understand why a stock price is at this level
when you got a guy unloading a large block of stock. Its kind of like
Microsoft taking a dive like it did yesterday because of the
situation they have right now. Did you call Billy Gates up yesterday
and yell at him because Microsoft didn't perform well in the market?
You might do that, and don't forget to let him know who you are
and that he better not mess with "Sam the big bad Wolf!" You better
teach him a lesson or two. After all your Sam the big bad Wolf~~~~~

The only bad odor from this thread is from your mouth! Go use
some mouthwash! The shareholders don't need scum like you!

"These people have no idea of what they are doing. The Financial Internet Group has neither expertise. No Financial nor Internet expertise. They have literally stolen money from suckers like us. Sounds harsh, I admit. I keep offering, we need to show these people, this time they messed with wrong group of lambs!!!"

I have been telling everyone this for the last 20 months.

Sam the Mouth,

You are really running off with that mouth of yours. As I stated before, you are the boy. If you think you have a real cause for a suit, come ahead. You are talking about trying to get Airstar delisted - well then get ready for me to sue you. I can't believe that Wes didn't jump all over you on that statement - not once but twice. Do you like your license as a stockbroker? Sam the Money, Sam the Mouth, Sam the Bull, does not have a share position in ASTG. Suckerfinder goes away and here comes the Mouth.

I spoke with Joe V and he said the attorney finally gave an opinion on Friday. I told him let's get the audit out then. He answered, quote, "That is the problem, Joe, you don't understand what it takes to get an audit completed." Anyway, he agreed to hound the CPA. Now, Mouth, are you going to sue the CPA, too, with all this crazy BS? Then everybody can have someone looking over their shoulder.

Mouth wants somebody else to take a fall on a misguided lawsuit. Mouth knows 1 share can get something going if malfeasance was involved. Having a delayed K & Q probably won't cut it.

The only reason Zoro should come back is to protect ASTG from running mouths that spread BS and don't care who gets hurt. Delisting ASTG only hurts the real shareholders.
So wake up Jack, Jeff, Wes and others - our time is coming to vote for management or anything else. The large and the small shareholders should get together and air what needs to be aired. It's called a shareholders meeting.

The real problem right now is the price of the stock. If the shareholders want the price higher, we all know what it takes: buying more shares than people want to sell. And to get that you have to believe in ASTG as I do. To even tolerate this talk of delisting and law suits just hurts all us shareholders. Is it so tough to be upbeat and positive or am I the only believer left?

Mouth, tell yourself and your client you don't want the heat that is going to come your way. Of course, you can stop taking new accounts and just die a slow death.

Hey, Wes, if somebody tries to interfere with the growth of a company using the tactics that Mouth is using, does the company have cause or just Zoro?
