Yep, I am just a little angered that they are pulling this reverse crap on us...this is always the first question i ask when calling a company and was assured they would not do this. Now the acquisition kind of puts some good apples on the plate and my only concern at this point is whether Check Central will be issued their shares before or after the reverse...this is a key issue. After hearing of the reverse, I sold out. I am not a fan of reverse splits as only RARELY do they turn out in the shareholders' benefit. Still here paying attention and I will be back post-split when it has found a new base. Boob
