bilwot,
I know what you are saying about HD. I live in Atlanta and they have HUGE presence. It seems like the whole world shops there. I have recently been very dissapointed with their customer service. Three years ago you could walk into home depot and someone with an orange apron would come and help you and it was a great place to shop. Now the stores a crowded with people and the sales people start running the other way when you even try to make eye contact. I still shop there because it is close to me and they do have a large inventory. Many of my neihbors and friends have become frustrated with HD and are looking for other places to get there home improvement items. Will this cause a shift in market share? I doubt it. If there was a new Lowe's near my house I would go there. HD is a great stock. There jsut some personal thoughts I wanted to share as a consumer with you and Sonki.
