SMartin, how can you be so sure that insiders are selling? Better yet, for what logical reason would they be selling now if they haven't sold some time ago? You saw the last PR. It sure seems obvious that great news about this company is about to be released any day now. No one could be that stupid to settle for .02 now when we've already seen .30 just on a letter of intent. Surely you would agree that a release saying that a merger, financing, or a contract is completed is far better news for the investor than a letter of intent release as we have learned about the RMIL financing fiasco. Based on the previous PR, it should appear obvious to even you that it's not a matter of "if", but rather "when"; and since you are a nonshareholder, the "when" should not be important to you unless, of course, you do have something here at stake which many of us strongly suspect.
Therefore, we all can assume that it's not so much shareholders selling at these rediculous prices, but rather more shorting and downward churning to give the illusion that shareholders are dumping. Let's face it, you will never say anything negative about the MMs.
