People; ya chasing, or being lead by computer program trading , almost 20% of the volume is mindless high speed big blue machines running short term algorithms that have built in artificial intelligence modules. The emotional part is as soon as the herd of people get up a head of steam and over shoot the computer trading , it then reverses and nails them. The old fashion individual scalpers are having to get out of the blue chips, the big computers have taken that turf over. The last frontier seems to be with the SOES bandits , and the big boys want to kill them too. Jim
