My early guess is to fade the reaction for a day trade.

Flat right now. The reaction to a "no-change" determination would either be a relief rally or possibly giddy selling. The selling should get halted and rally into the close, a relief rally would see profit-taking as the stops get hit on the shorts.

So what gives here? Early news or the usual pre-announcement rumors?

EDIT I asked because the sucker (SP8M) dropped over a point in moments, after tighttly trading for what seemed like ages in less than a 1 point range.

Kevin Re:MSFT

Is it true that Judge Thomas Jackson will handle the injunction hearing?

This would be the same judge as the last time.
