Ken, I think it's best to save the "brass knuckles" for the few that truly deserve it and to try and keep the conversation civil whenever possible. I think that PA was either having a bad day today or just read my post to him wrong because there was not anything in it that was intended to be negative towards him or anyone else for that matter.

The sign post analogy is a good one, we have a possible direction with Locus but it's not in the bag yet. I do think that it's important however when considering the probability of Locus coming aboard to not place to much weight on the Worldpass (and I am making the assumption that this was the deal you alluded to in your post) deal which did not and should not have worked out, since the sources that brought DCI these two deals are quite different.

As to what to expect today for a close? Hmm, that's a hard call. NITE obviously still has a few shares of someones that he wants to move and when the buying gets light he appears to take the ask down some to pick up buyers. The drops we have seen today in the B/A do not appear to be selling driven. I guess it all depends on what the minimum price that the customer whose shares are being sold through NITE will take and how many of them there are. In the past, NITE has not typically had all that much inventory to move, and when he is gone we should see a move up. The buying has been consistent, strong and the selling minimal today. I think that by all rights we should be able to add 1/16- 1/8 today to yesterday's close. I much prefer to see smaller daily moves like this as historically these are the ones that have held and given us a base to move up more from. It took about 3 weeks of gains like this to take us up from $1.50 - $4 5/8 on the last big run DCI made as I recall. It's funny, but I know there are people that are waiting for DCI to get to $3 to buy in, too much a "bargain" scares some investors off it seems. I think that we will have more recognition and credibility once we exceed that level.
