Has Pete Kight ever suggested at any news or analyst conferences what CKFR is going to do with all the cash that they are accumulating?

I heard since the don't have a river or lake nearby..they are digging a Tuna Pond.

Along with favorite quotes....

"No matter who originates the bill-Checkfree, the biller,
or MSFDC-it will flow into Integrion's system so that we
can present the consumer with a common interface," he
added.

"If we are going to service our retail customers in the
best way, we have to accept the bill from whomever,"
Mr. Luecke said, while customers will "never really
know who is the middleman presenting the bill."

I like the 'No matter' part...since Checkfree is doing the presentment work for Integrion...it's 'No brainer' who gets a cut 'No matter'

If my memory serves me well, there were originally 3 million warrants excercisable at 20.875.

Then for every 1/2 million subscribers over 5 million Integrion gets 1 million more shares.

If all 10 million vest, they will have 20% of the entire population that does home banking that's 8.5 million people or roughly $400 million at 50% margin which is $2.00 per share.

Granted there are a lot of ifs here, but even with some degree of latitude....PHEW

Benny:

Not quite the way it works. I think you meant "exercises" instead of "purchases" re the warrants. CKFR warrants were given to Integrion in return for the contract, but no cash changed hands. None will until Integrion exercises, hopefully waaaaaay in the money.

>>I'm curious to see what CheckFree does with the money, all 66 million dollars(plus the cash they already have).

Benny, I wouldn't hold my breath for a stock buy back. While it boosts the confidence of the share holders, I think our confidence level is about as high as it can get for where we're at here on this thread.

Rather I suggest that they stock pile the cash for the time being. Regardless od the DOJ and MS battle, don't count MS out just yet. They have tons of cash, and I think Pete may be holding onto the cash in case they need it for battle. Once MSFDC is put in it's proper place, then perhaps we'll see the buy back.

This is Just My opinion, and might be dead wrong. But I gotta' think that while we see the light at the end of the proverbial tunnel, there are always monsters lurking and waiting for an ambush.
