Tulvio....I sense the rebound action today is in part do to the following...

1.An expectation that OPEC et. will engageurther cuts
2.July oil is stronger than June do to the belief that storage capacity will have some spaceby then!....also OPEC news will be known.
3.Earnings have alleviated some fears for awhile.

What happens if oil keeps dropping? Will this rebound have staying power? We will see as this week progresses!
