the mkt obviously thinks rates are going higher later this yr, bond is selling off, UTIL down 1, BKX selling off fast.

Just imagine the carnage in the NASCRAP if DELL makes cautious forward stmts, or an analyst asks in the conf. call "how come your margins dropped slightly this qtr?" and DELL responds : "Competition squeezed us a little, but we don't expect it to last." In the background of you hear one of the long hedge fund managers say, "oh my God! we're dead." (ggg)
