How can you say this since all details regarding pricing, etcetera are unknown? If a company such as CSCO with reputable management spun off such a unit it would probably go for several times sales for market value. With the confidence that Wall Street has in Osicom and it's management we'll be lucky if it gets priced for one times sales (and probably sell at less than that in the after market). Has FIBR ever thought about funding their business operations from operating cash flow? Floorless convertibles, dilution, stock buybacks, more dilution, yada,yada, yada. Garry
