He ordered that all the documentation, drawings and specifications mentioned in his January 20 oral ruling and subsequent written ruling be immediately delivered to his Court. They must be in his possession before Court reconvenes for the Contempt Hearing on May 21.

That's great news for Trooper because, once Cohen sees what TTRIF should have delivered, it will be an easy matter for him to make sure Trooper gets the information. Then Trooper will be able to start constructing the plants.

Very good news indeed. I just went back and re-read the oral ruling and noticed that it made mention of such things as the re-designed plans for the 400 and 600 ton plants, for Richmond, etc, by Dick Engineering. So hopefully TTRIF will be sure to include these with what it delivers to the Court, in which case the Court will be able to compare them with what TTRIF delivered to Trooper. Though I wouldn't put it past TTRIF to try to get away without delivering everything to the Court... but I trust that the Court will be able to tell if that happens.
