Dedistribution of wealth is immoral and unconscionable

We agree. What gives people's lives a sense of meaning is that which they accomplish. That statement is not meant only for those things that bring wealth either. Certainly many admire Mother Theresa who had no monetary reward. She exchanged her services for "future" rewards. When people had no safety net to rely on, they accomplished great feats.

The logical conclusion to receiving without effort is the production of lazy, apathetic, resentful, mediocre people who have been ROBBED of their chance at greatness by their own government.

This society seems to hold the "Robin Hood" principle very high. I would point out that Robin Hood did not steal from the rich and give to the poor, rather, he retrieved that which was looted by an unjust government and returned it to those that produced it.
