CKFR would most likely announce it publicly. If they don't, check the balance sheet for more shares out and some additional cash. Integrion would most likely exercise and sell immediately.

My guess...they are going to let us eat the losses. But once the money flows, they'll take their cut and buy their shares. In fact they might not buy them until the warrants expire, if they do.

Remember these are bankers...if Checkfree isn't paying dividends or returning capital...why would they hand over 66 Million for a zero return. If they already have an agreed purchase price on their shares?

I'd take all my money out of this Stock if I had those Warrants given to me...see my point?
