Thanks Mark C.,

Assimilating and Registering your Valued Input !!

In all likelihood the real value of the company falls
somewhere in between your 2 estimates. And, the value
of the company will go up as new contracts are signed.

regards,
John

MARK C., I agree with you. If, indeed DGIV can post $75 mil. revenues and earn say, .50 a share, no telling where the market will value DGIV. The market will value DGIV on what kind of growth rate it can maintain. I can't wait for analysts to get a look at these numbers.
I am not familiar at all with this industry, as are most finantial analysts. If DGIV can pull of this explosive growth, yes the stock price will be justly rewarded. I agree that a P/E of 50 would probably be conservative.

My main concern is what type of competitive environment they will run in to. It can't be as easy as just walking in the doors of these foreign telephone offices and saying," Hi! I am with DGIV and I'm here to make us both money, here's how." Who are DGIV's main competitors? How competitive is our product? Are we getting these contracts because we were there first, or are we really that much better than the competition? What will be the biggest hurdles in reaching that $70-100 mil. goal for 1999?

Can anyone shed light on the above questions?

I would imagine that the financial figures Roger gave me are on the conservative side. So, take them for what they are. JC isn't just hanging out at the water cooler this week either. I would imagine that another news release (or two)is being created this week for release in the near future.

Mark

In the end it is not what PE we think DGIV is worth but expectations of future earnings and what people are willing to pay for DGIV that will determine it's future price.
