Were they still there at the close?? Total shares out - 3.69m. The possible frenzy that develops here (traders tend do flock to low floats) will probably soak them up quickly. We'll see. Need to determine industry PE here.

Also, what do you make of the two 71.5k trades right at the time of the press release?? As the DOJ would put it it, "we would like to know who knew what and when they knew it"
