Look at total revenue Per unit, The number continues to go down.

Lost 4% seq and 7% Y/Y. Correct me if I am wrong, but isn't that a little higher than it has been in the past, the rate of decline that is? Let me add, the real price war/erosion did not start until April, After CPQ cut to rock bottom pricing, the last month of the quarter.

The confrence call should be a real love fest.

DELL did not make the 45 cent number that everyone expected.
Some one commented about a lower tax rate. That may be atributable to that $500 million bond offering, or just an accounting trick in the first quarter to boost EPS. I guess the debt was worth something after all.

Looks like they bought back about another 6 million shares too.
trading looks 91 1/2 to 92 1/2 now,
Will see what happens in the AM.

Can't wait to see the forcasts :)

last, that $2500 number is revenue per unit, that is not exactly the same as ASP's on desktops.

But I think we should all go home and evaluate out position and take action on the AM if deemed necessary.
