I doubt the intraday stock movement was the trigger. I also think it's unreasonable to hold the CFO accountable for the stock price. I'm sad to see Kathy's departure, she had a good reputation on the street and struck me as credible and high integrity.

I don't know what this means yet. The "Company Line" is that Kathy resigned because it's time to let someone take the lead to allow the company to grow that has experience with $500 million to $ 1 billion software companies. It's true her past experience is limited to smaller companies.

I am comfortable with the depth of management at the company -- Mike Loo is a strong finance guy. At the helm, John Luongo and John Jack add more depth.

However, I am inherently uncomfortable with a CFO departure without an immediate replacement. I'll see what I can dig up from some "valley" contacts.

TD
