Lawrence/dwlima,

One thing that we may not need to concern ourselves with is going under like many small companies do in their formative years. Digitcom apparently has secured the support of some guys with deep pockets. With financial backing from a company like Merrill Lynch, Fidelity, or perhaps a Prudential we could avoid the cash flow problems that cause so many small companies to go belly up. My concern has therefore shifted from cash flow concerns to costs of doing business and profit margins. What have we given away to sign on these big guys with deep pockets? Anyway, perhaps Roger T. has answered the question by throwing out the 20% margin figure for 1999 (see Mark Barger's message #7097).

regards,
John
