I forgot to mention to you folks that I actually got a reply from the Colorado Incompetents (I had copied them on the emails I sent to the SEC) ... In fact I got three of them, all computer generated telling me about their memo and wanting my fax number so they could send me a copy of the full text. I replied that I had already read the full text and then I posed several questions to them concerning their data, misrepresentation, preying on unsophisticated investors, and about their own problems with SEC sanctions for market manipulation and insider trading. I seriously doubt that I will get a real response from them, probably just several computer generated replies ... I'll let y'all know ... Beast
