Dell did very well this quarter. The street will not look well on the
number seeing how myopia will dominate the short term vision on this stock. The run from 90 to 98 was a huge one and I think Dell will spend some time in the mid to high 80s before making a move to the 105-110 level in 1-3 months. The numbers will need to be looked at very closely. At first blush the earnings may seem to have missed the mark, but the gross margins and strength of the same will be important in a pricing environment which is cuttting into margins at all the other makers, including Intel and CPQ.

Tomorrow will be interesting. Stock will be down I think but recover to even by end of day.
