Gary-- Thanks , I felt that Andre has a sincere desire to turn this stock around. I was impressed with him holding a CC so soon after getting on the job , his willingness to take all the questions no matter how hard they were, and his commitment to an open door policy regarding the stock holders. He sounds like he will also put some sound practices into place, with no more winging it. I expect the results will be evident later in the stock price.
