AFTER MARKET BIGGER PICTURE

I totalled up the trades after the close:

1.6 MM shares total.
After 4:20, there was a total of 665K shares traded (977K traded from 4 PM to 4:20 PM (pre-announcement)).

So, Dell traded less than 700K shares that brought the price down $3. Oooooh. I'm scared. The freakin stock traded 28 freakin million shares today.

If there was a problem, the volume after market would be over 5MM and the stock would have been at $84. Neither happened.

It wasn't.

Look for market maker bullshit in the first hour, then $97 by the close.
