**** Response from the NetWork ***

WOW! Sam The Money has really made the ball rolling here! Good Job Sam!

Let us examine a few of the responses seen during the past 2 days:

1. After being told that the Airstar Web site is ready to go (or at least to be examined), we were told within 24 hours of the first announcement that it was simply a mistake and their error in saying that, and the web site is not ready! Ok, that is understood!!!

2. Mr. Zoro (aka Mr. Lanza) states the following:
" Look at where this company has come from. I have never seen such a small group of ungrateful people do so much damage."

Let us examine Mr. Lanza's statement that "Look at where this company has come from. I have never seen such a small group of ungrateful people do so much damage." I really dont know what to say!! Yes the company has come a long way baby! Investors paid over $4/shr (as admitted by the CEO who smiles when reminding everyone of that!), and today the stock closed at $0.14/shr (WOW that is almost 95% loss)! And Mr. Lanza wonders and states that "I have never seen such a small group of ungrateful people..." WOW!

3. Director Dal states: "Between FIG and Joe Lanza there is thirty years plus of brokerage/stock market experience"

Mr. Joseph Lanza however states: "I spoke with Joe V and he said the attorney finally gave an opinion on Friday. I told him let's get the audit out then. He answered, quote, "That is the problem, Joe, you don't understand what it takes to get an audit completed."

And I just wondered what happened to the 30+ years experience in brokerage and stock market?!! This is what I call SEE-BS sit com at its best!

4. Mr. Zoro states: "If the shareholders want the price higher, we all know what it takes: buying more shares than people want to sell. And to get that you have to believe in ASTG as I do."

This sounds reasonable! Sure, if share holders want the stock to go up yes thats the ticket they should buy, buy, buy and buy till they drop dead! (What happened to SuckerFinder anyway?!). However as I stated before I think Airstar Technologies Inc, FIG and insiders such as Mr. Joe V have a heck of a lot more money than us little guys therefore would it not help if they buy first?!!!

5.Mr. Zoro states: "FIG's job is not to make you money. "

But I bet FIG's job is not to cause loss for the share holders and/or potential share holders either!!

Long Live Airstar Technologies Inc.

Joe,

Your job of keeping us 'positive" about airstart is going to get very difficult, if not impossible if the Q and K keeps slipping.

Airstar has a terrible track record. It's tough to "believe" FGI/YOU/JV when there are few facts/figures. It's also hard to believe a company that doesn't have a shareholders meeting, or a simple shareholders letter from the CEO.

SAM has every right to sue the company. If i had a chance of getting my money back i would jump on that bandwagon in a second. I'm going were the money is...this is business. Until JV treats the shareholders like shareholders his problems are just beginning and your problems will only get worse (i.e. dealing with us).

Joe, I'm not fighting you, I'm just posting my two-cents as a shareholder of airstar.

jeff.
