I did talk to the company this week about earnings, quarterly reports, and upcoming news releases. This may be their first positive earnings quarter ever but NO ONE SHOULD EXPECT A BARN BURNER. To keep it in perspective though, remember there are many many fully reporting, listed companies that have very negative earnings and are priced 10, 20, or more times what TSIS is. And many don't have the growth potential that TSIS has. Bottom line: earnings may be somewhere between a very small gain and .01 a share. The most important thing will be the trend these earnings will show. Most of the large contracts didn't have a big impact until later in the quarter so there was some red ink to eat first to make this company profitable, which it now is.
There are some more big contracts in the works, and some of these could be announced sometime even before earnings come out. Some of these are very big name companies with LOTS AND LOTS of shareholders. And remember, TSIS get's paid in proportion to the number of shareholders that use the service.

So my "guess" for earnings will be about .01 at best (small, but positive), but I think the bigger story will be that the revenue growth and margin for this company are very healthy and will only get better in future quarters.

Happy Investing,
