Lee/TD, If Q2 only meets estimates, do any of you have any wild guesses for stock price? I waited on buying more Dell last week, looks like that could have been a good move. Michelle

Makes sense, and scopus license growth last q wasn't all that great. If you take out purchases from existing customers, there might not be huge problems out there. I still want to run down the customer support issues that are bubbling. Some might be due to older versions of the product. In general, I think shege is right to be skeptical about the success of sfa deployments. Managing sales people is somewhat akin to "herding cats" -- perhaps the implementation problems stem from that issue. TD
