the capt can answer this best, but the only way i see them in play is because of a depressing stockprice. if they can implement the yago and dec pieces, they become very valuable, considering there market penetration. capt, your response?

CS not a buyout candidate ? Recently Compaq was mentioned in an article as a potential buyer of CS. CS is at a major discount to its competitors, and at a premium price of its valuation. The industry is busting with merger ideas are spawned by the need to stay competitive. While CS is on the road to recovery, and the continuous press releases are showing the market of their turn around is in progress. Insiders are not selling, and the accumulation is and has been in progress. CS is a buyout candidate, and the most attractive of all its competitors by far. Its was a steal at 13 1/4, and there is no where to go but up. This is a stock you must own, and now, because when the news hits, its too late.
