Larry;

I've had the phone telling me "thanks for your patience, please wait for the next available operator" for the last half hour; I think I'll leave it there until I get up tomorrow; perhaps the company handling the CC will catch the drift ( When I ran my business, I had 800 bills in excess of $1500 a month all of the time, but was quick to pay attention to the 800 #). A simple thank you for calling, but the hours are from ? to ? , is of a higher value, than leaving someone out to dry.

Yea, I'm a prick, no bout-a-dout it; and intend to stay one; I value money over pride.

From other comment on the board; it appears that the CC went well; the new CEO understands our frustration, and is willing to step to the forefront and be honest with the shareholders.

I really want to hear the context of the CC before passing judgement; trust but verify!

Dave

I cane away from the CC favorably impressed by Mr.Hilliou;

It sounded too me as if he were a take charge type of guy, that will judge his employees by the results derived from their activities. A put out, or get out attitude.

I was particularly pleased to hear that the review of compensation would include all levels of the organization. I sensed that he was quite disturbed by the current compensation package structure. It remains too be seen if Mr. Hilliou will be able to bring a sense of sanity to the board members that had decided to treat the company as their own private cookie jar, at the expense of the stockholders. I will be watching this issue extremely closely, as this is the issue that will in my mind determine whether Mr. Hilliou has the broad base of authority, confidence, and backing from the board necessary to effectively run the company in a manner most consistent to creating shareholder value. The usage of the word "lecture" when referring to his presentation to the board indicates that He fully expects a free hand in the operational decision making process, and I suspect that it will be either his way, or no way (meaning that he will resign).

It sounded too me as if Mr. Hilliou is a macro-manager, rather than a micro-manager; allowing his employees latitude in decisions (being held accountable for the results) on the micro-level, and injecting himself into the situation when He feels the necessity, in order to accomplish the goals He has set.

I'm not disappointed that there will be a short delay in expansion; as Mr. Hilliou stated; (paraphrasing) there needs to be an evaluation within the organization to see who is achieving, what factors are present with those that are, that are missing from those having lessor levels of achievement; and a transference of those factors into areas of underachievement.

Lowering the expense levels by removing the duplicity associated with having more than one office, and the questioning of the need for three 800 #'s, when one would possibly serve the need just as well are indications that Mr. Hilliou runs a tight ship, and expects his attitude to flow throughout the organization.

His point about the negative effects of having two halls next to each other (albeit operating different schedules) indicates He is a person that pays attention to detail, and isn't afraid to make hard decisions when it comes to maximizing profits.

I will allow him a couple of weeks to get on top of the situation, and take him up on the invitation to call him, too see what progress is being made in the areas that he highlighted in the CC. The fact that He is willing to participate in a monthly CC with shareholders shows me that he understands the depth of the problem created by previous management in relationship to how BNGO management is viewed, and is making it a priority to re-establish stockholder confidence in management.

"Atta Boy's" too all that participated on the CC, a job well done. The questions were focused, and the follow up's were on target.
