Thanks, Carl. The investment group announcement was bothersome to me too when it was made. I called the company right then. And was given a positive spin without telling me whats up. Haven't managed to talk to anyone about it since. So it's still in limbo. Anyone else talk to the company lately and have a recent opinion on the situation? Jerry

Spoke with the company again today. Had three concerns: 1.) Management change 2.) What purpose for cash 3.) Revenue shortfall Was told the investment group buy-in and change was something that strengthens the company. Cash - $1.7 million (and the upcoming inflow from group) will be used to grow the business. How? I wasn't told. Consolidation is happening in the industry and they have done both acquisitions and joint marketing agreements. I expect more of the same. And as for revenues, some business was deferred from last quarter to this one. Still, the yearly target is probably in the $32-33+ million range for revenues. The earlier expectation of $35 million came from PR. As for the "kicker" as I called it, the company will have news when everything is settled on the investor group deal. I thought this was a done deal. It is not. No idea when it will come. We did discuss "giving away of the company." I was told that wasn't the case. They can get half of the board, but not control.
