Well Cory, old ad hominen slinger, I've seen some ethical libertarians cheering Ken Starr on, and one of the few avowed Friends of Bill Gates on Capitol Hill, Lauch Faircloth R-NC, was instrumental in getting him appointed.

As for shorting Microsoft, well, that assumes that antitrust action, even if successful, will hurt their finances. That being the "We are the world" line again. Orthogonal issues there. Not that I'd expect you to understand, being of the "Microsoft Rules" school.
