Hello Maurice; Do you have the notice of Annual & Special meeting of Shareholders? I'm hoping that there will be good news to support the share consolidation such as a major contract for the TPF process. The share price dropping to .10 is a hint of what could happen if there isn't anything to back it up. I don't believe we've seen the last of dilution . I wouldn't be surprised if we see more shares issued sometime after post consolidation. The notice points out that they plan to pass a resolution to complete one or more private placements from time to time. Certainly, if they do win contracts they'll have to raise working capital somehow. Anyway, just speculation on my part. We'll just have to wait it out. Regards
