Let's see, I own a company (not much longer IMO) thats hottest product(right now) is going to be sold...for what? 20-30 Million? Unless I buy into it I lose out on any returns from stock movement. If I do buy into the IPO then I'm buying a Company that I already own.

Does anyone besides the standard bearer shorts (and me) see this as nothing more than a shill game?

Why can't this company earn money the old fashioned way?
